How will Vocational Rehabilitation (VR) work for me?

Thursday, July 9th, 12 pm -1 pm, Online

Kimberly-Joy Washington, Administrator, DHS / Division of Disabilities and Rehabilitation Services, will explain how Vocational Rehabilitation services remove the barriers that people with disabilities may face when entering the workforce or returning to work. Vocational rehabilitation services include supported employment, job training & placement, assistive technology, guidance & counseling, and more.

- Many disabilities may qualify, including physical, mental, and learning disabilities.

- Get ready for, find, and keep a Job with VR support.

- Support for your Transition from High School to College or Work

- Informed Choice and IPE- Individual Plan for Employment
